This Grinding machine with automated rotary table is equipped as standard with all suitable accessories for obtaining, with utmost precision, very smooth surfaces; a two-speed motor, with speed reduction and speed change gear, controls the table rotation, providing it with speeds ranging from 2 to 17 revolutions per minute.
This wide choice possibility allows programming targeted speeds according to the material hardness. The rapid feed of the wheelhead, by 1 mm per revolution, occurs through a graduated handwheel. Through a knob with jack it is possible to set the micrometric automatic feed, which can be equal to mm 0.01 – 0.02 – 0.03 – 0.04 per pulse.
The feed automatically stops at zero when it is programmed at mm 0.01 per pulse. The automatic descent is synchronized with table revolutions.
This Grinding machine with automated rotary table is suitable for grinding surfaces with a maximum diameter of mm 460 and circular crown surfaces with a maximum diameter of mm 500. - SLOTS to permit the maximum use in height of the work field of the grinding machine wheel and to clamp non-magnetic parts and accessories such as magnetic chuck and self-centering chuck.
